The demo stage is our chance to show you exactly how HeyHR works with your HR needs in mind.
In this session, we walk you through the agent's core features, run live examples using real-world HR scenarios, and answer your specific questions.
You’ll see first-hand how HeyHR can handle queries, surface workforce insights, and automate repetitive admin tasks.
The demo typically lasts around 30 minutes and is designed to give you a clear picture of how HeyHR will save time, improve accuracy, and enhance employee experience from day one.
The proposal stage is where we take everything learned from the demo and tailor a solution specifically for your organisation.
We outline the features, configuration, and integrations that best fit your needs, along with clear pricing and timelines.
This stage ensures you have a complete understanding of the deliverables, how the onboarding process will work, and the value you can expect from HeyHR. It’s your detailed blueprint for moving forward with confidence.
A proposal will be shared within 24 hours of the demo and will be valid for 14 days.
Following proposal acceptance, we then move into the document gathering + build phase - this is where we will collect all of your documentation (policies, processes, guides etc) and begin ingesting them into the AI model to build it's foundational knowledge.
This includes setting up any required integrations with your existing HRIS or other systems, ensuring seamless data flow. Once configured, we perform thorough unit testing to validate functionality and accuracy. You’ll then have a 5-day User Acceptance Testing (UAT) period, giving your team the opportunity to explore the agent, run queries, and confirm everything works as expected. Any feedback from UAT is incorporated before moving to the final go-live, ensuring a smooth and confident launch.
During the hosting phase, we keep your HeyHR agent running smoothly, securely, and up to date. This includes ongoing maintenance, performance monitoring, and regular updates to reflect any changes in your policies, processes, or data. We also provide full support, handling any technical issues or enhancements so your team can focus on HR priorities. As part of hosting, we ensure integrations remain stable, system speed and accuracy are maintained, and your assistant continues to deliver reliable, compliant, and value-driven HR automation every day.
